This page explains what Peak Growth Partner collects through www.peakgrowthpartner.com, and what we do with it. Peak Growth Partner is an assumed name of Silver Loon Roofing LLC, based in Crosby, Minnesota. Questions go to drake@peakgrowthpartner.com.

What we collect

  • The free AI-search audit. The website address you type in. Your name and email only if you choose to give them. If you ask for the emailed report, your email address.
  • How you found us. When you arrive from a link, your browser keeps the campaign tags in the link, the page that sent you and the page you landed on for that visit only (session storage). They are sent along with the audit form so we know which channel works.
  • Calls and texts. If you call or text our business number, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. A call we cannot pick up may be answered by an AI assistant; that call is transcribed and summarized for us. We do not record calls otherwise.
  • Payments. If you pay an invoice, the payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
  • The chat box. The chat on this site answers from a fixed list of answers inside your browser. What you type there is not sent to us.

Cookies and advertising

When it is switched on, this site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies so Meta can tell us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a visit or a finished audit. When you give an email in the audit form, we may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of it for the same purpose, never the email itself. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Meta ad settings.

How we use it

  • To run the audit and send you the report or guide you asked for.
  • To follow up about your website if you gave us your email or contacted us.
  • To answer your calls, texts and emails, and to book calls you ask for.
  • To see which of our ads and channels bring people to the site.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of services to run the business: our hosting provider and customer database, an email delivery service, the audit service that checks the website address you enter, a phone and text provider and an AI voice provider for calls, Stripe for payments, and Meta for ad measurement. They handle your information only to do that job for us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.

Texts from us

We text only people who contacted us first or asked us to. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep contact details and audit results while they are useful for working with you. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email drake@peakgrowthpartner.com and we will do it. To stop emails from us, reply and say so.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
